Absinthe Hill's Premium is a significant improvement of the standard Hill's Absinthe, because it is now, of course, made without artificial dyes. It also should include up to 35 mg/kg thujone, as indicated on the bottle. What is the manufacturer's tolerance here is probably a secret. The colour is a brownish green and inside the bottle is a Pontic wormwood branch. The Hills Premium Absinthe is closed by a wooden cork, that includes inside plastic sealing lips. It has a softer taste than its predecessor, which is accompanied in addition to the Trinity of wormwood, anise and fennel also notes of lemon and orange. In addition of water also this absinthe does not louche, same as its predecessor.
