True to these old recipes includes Libertine Amer include: Small anise, star anise , fennel , coriander , lemon balm , licorice, hyssop, and of course wormwood. The yellowish color here is not created by artificial additives , but is purely natural . The Absinthiades 2002 in Pontarlier Libertine Amer Midi was awarded the bronze medal and thus one of the best varieties of France. Here we now present the latest creation from the house of Devoille . He is also the strongest absinthe from the 3 previous varieties. Because of the bitter aftertaste we also recommend two pieces of sugar cubes in the preparation . Supposedly this Libertine Amer Absinthe creation contains approximately 30 mg / kg thujone .
