L`Extreme d`Absente differs from “origin” absinthes by its high concentration of active vegetative agents. Only a few drops of this highly aromatic essence is sufficient to lend your normal absinthe that certain something. That certain something is thujone.
A Pipette is packaged with the bottle so you can easily add some drops of this concentrate to your favorite cocktails or long drinks. It is not recommended that this be consumed straight. The content of thujone is extremely high, registering at the legal limit of 35 mg/kg. Naturally, this classifies it as a “bitter spirit”. It comes from Destilleries et domains de Provence (distillery) in France.
Since few years this absinthe will be delivered without the tin and only the bottle is delivered to our customers, because the tin is not anymore produced by the distillery Domains de Provence.
