Un Emile absinthe is produced in the Emile Pernot distillery, not to be mistaken with the famous Pernod distillery. Un Emile originates from the famous Pontarlier region of France. The original recipe is still produced with the same equipment, to the same specifications as it was long ago. The taste is very complex and distinguished.
