Absinthe Eichelberger Brut 80: Absinthe becomes Eichelberger Brut almost undiluted in 80, as it originates from the distillation-process, in bottles filled. So, its percentage of alcohol also simply is higher with 80 percent of vol. alc. . Its Opalisation / Louche is very intensively white. Nevertheless, its taste is very mild for an absinthe with so high percentage of alcohol. Also, the taste-picture is very round and agreeable. Definitely the best La Blanche from Germany at present.
