The climax was reached, when this absinthe at the Absinthiades 2010 at the blind tasting in the category "Absinthe Green" won the gold medal. To the amazement of all absinthe experts, who were still on place, the secret of this Absinthe Maldoror was published. There was a Czech, a French and a Swiss absinthe mixed in a certain ratio to achieve this great result. Absinthe Maldoror is a natural green coloured absinthe, that conveys a very balanced flavour profile. Enjoy Absinthe Maldoror initially with less sugar (Half a sugar cube was initially rich) and then increase according to individual taste impression. Dilute the Maldoror absinthe with ice-cold water in a ratio of 1:2 to 1:5.
