It is produced due to the Méthode Classique and connoisseurs know that this probably represents the highest quality-step with champagne, with what this can only not call champagne for itself for the reason, since it was not won in the French region Champagne. The idea to this product originates from Ernest Hemingway, who often mixed his absinthe with champagne, with what its name arose (death in the afternoon) for "Death in the afternoon" from it for it.
