Absinthe Obsello is the only Spanish Absenta on the sad Spanish market, that has not to actually offer any absinthe on Swiss quality-level otherwise. Obsello absinthe is distilled, not macerated. Here are used 8 different herbs and another quality-characteristic the wine-alcohol, that is won from vineyards in the Penedes. Only very small ranks are produced in the Alambiques. Thanks to the traditional manufacture, a complex absinthe with a remarkable quantity is offered to the absinthe-connoisseurs at Thujon (Max). 10 mg / kg. Exclusively natural herbs are used (in contrast to other artificial essences), and this absinthe is distilled twice.
The absinthe Obsello is so bottled in bottles, that no impairments can originate also after longer time. In order to protect the Obsello Absenta against the damaging effect of the sunlight, coloured bottles, that should prevent the UV in-radiation in the bottle and extend (So it cannot oxidate so fast) absinthe the green-constancy of the Obsello consequently, are used. Each bottle is locked on the end with seal-wax. This recipe represents a modern absinthe-recipe, that keeps to the traditional naturalness of the high-qualitative absinthes. Therefore, sugars, artificial aromas, are neither still used artificial dyes absinthe-atypical plants and herbs.
