Absinthe Vest Pocket is, as the name says, a vest pocket Absinthe, which fits due to its handy shape into any pocket and is easily carried by each absinthe lover. The taste is balanced, but Czech, which means: An absinthe, which doesn`t opalize (gets hazy) at addition of ice-cold water, which suggests in the recipe of a very low anise content. Nevertheless, the wormwood taste is perceived as quite pleasant at this absinthe Vest pocket and does not appear too bitter, if prepared (best with the fire ritual) with a sugar cube. Anise has been used very sparingly at the absinthe Vest pocket.
