The absinthe Angélique Verte Suisse becomes hand-made from Claude Alain Bugnon and is distilled under the application of 12 different herbs. Among other things, Angelika and big wormwood from the Val de Travers, whom the wonderfully green color reaches this remarkable absinthe from a mixture from wormwood-plants and other aromatic herbs during the distillation-process, is used. Angelika sets free different aromas and emphasizes the easily bitterly bitter taste of the deep wormwood. Serve this wonderful absinthe in that they mix very slowly by adding four or five cl of very cold fresh water two cl absinthes. You let the water possibly dripped in the glass over a sugar-die so that a herbal sweetness emerges. If they put an absinthe-spoon on one absinthe-glass on that occasion, put a sugar-die after it and dripped icy water over the sugar-die so that it dissolves slowly and the result mixes in the glass.
