Absinthe Duplais Blanche is produced in Switzerland after a French recipe, that from the 19. Century comes. It is produced without addition of sugar with wine-alcohol. The distillation on old distillers-apparates guarantees the authenticity of the absinthe. It is recommended to a ratio from 1:2 to 1:4. The anise and fresh wormwood shape the taste, with which also other herbs don't come too shortly. Absinthe Duplais Blanche is admittedly produced by Matter- Luginbühl, doesn't have anything to do with the Kallnacher absinthe, however.
