Sebor’s Luzicka Bylinna is an original herbal liqueur, descending from J. Archleb’s original 1787 recipe in the small Czech city of Dobruska. Very little of this recipe has changed since its inception. It contains a mixture of native and Eastern herbs, cultivated in and around Krasna Lipa. It is made by hand in stoneware barrels without any artificial ingredients. A regular daily dosage of 20-30ml is recommended before or after a meal. Diluting the mixture in another beverage is often a good way to tame the aggressive taste and suggestions for this are on the back of the bottle. Angelica, enzian, coriander, marjoran, chamomile, and wormwood are some of the herbs that make up this elixir, and many are proven to increase appetite and the digestion process.
